Just got back from trainer. He did my measurements.
Gained an inch on thighs. He said that's normal because I'm building muscle mass in an area I wasn't working too much muscle before. ;-) Says I will lose there later on.
Lost half an inch from my bicep. Cheers!
Waist. He measured me four times to be sure. Told me he had to retire if that measurement was right.
I lost 3.5 inches off my waist in two weeks.
:-o
Holy hell. All those five bajillion variations of crunches and cardio and torture were worth it!
Again I say:
:-o

@Ash: That's fantastic, thank you! And thank you also for the Liebster love. I hope to do my post on that tonight. :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to it. My biggest challenge is not getting to the gym, although crazy work hours do make that difficult, it's cooking decent meals for 1 person and not doing the cop-out bowl of cereal or scrambled eggs. I Blogged about it not long ago because it was driving me nuts. That said, I can make an omelette out of any vegetable known to man and jam them in there so it's not the worst single-person meal out there. That honor goes to the worst ever meal I indulged in, a bowl of cereal with a glass of wine. Shamefull.
ReplyDelete@Ash: I HATE cooking for one. It's so much easier to do cereal! ;) I'm trying to get better, and as it cools down that will help, too. I'm much less apt to cook in the summer. And hey, I've had the bowl of cereal for dinner many a times....just usually with a Coke Zero or something instead, LOL.
