I think if I ate my first meal that early I'd be ravenously hungry for lunch earlier than I want to be!

I have some dark chocolate at home that I will indulge in on occasion when I need a chocolate fix. :)bluemoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17824559705320935052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5158112018214983762.post-90130245423754466142013-01-27T16:23:12.624-05:002013-01-27T16:23:12.624-05:00Yeah, I'm good on chili for a couple weeks at ...Yeah, I'm good on chili for a couple weeks at least, LOL. I'm trying to skip the cheese and such when I do have it and just stick to the chili...it's very filling on its own! bluemoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17824559705320935052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5158112018214983762.post-80560481520016141352013-01-25T10:02:30.879-05:002013-01-25T10:02:30.879-05:00I think you're on the right track. If I may be so bold:

1) try eating 30g of protein within 30 mins of waking up. if you can do eggs and bacon, fine, if not, maybe a protein shake, but 30g of protein w/i 30 minutes of waking up (if you wait more than 30 mins, it won't work), if you want to cut a few pounds.

2) try really dark chocolate, like 80-85%. it's got just enough sweetness to satisfy your sugar craving w/o derailing your progress. Top with a little 2% milk cheese and it fills you up!Lishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06306506420294242472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5158112018214983762.post-7593399551683957372013-01-24T15:26:19.628-05:002013-01-24T15:26:19.628-05:00I begrudgingly ate it and now it is gone, thankful...I begrudgingly ate it and now it is gone, thankfully! Next time I make chili I need to share so I'm not stuck with it for so long. I know I could freeze it, but I never think of that.bluemoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17824559705320935052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5158112018214983762.post-31910736450804245472013-01-24T15:04:09.057-05:002013-01-24T15:04:09.057-05:00I LOVE snow as long as I don't have to drive i...I LOVE snow as long as I don't have to drive in it. I loved the 3 ft we got a few years ago but that's because I was with my dad and he didn't lose power and I didn't have to work for a week. I would love a nice snowstorm.

I cannot eat the same thing over and over again. If I could, I would save a ton of money. Good for you for doing it, though. I really wish I could.
