Tasted interesting but helped me!

Sounds like you've had quite a time of it. Tonight I'm doing half rest (via acupuncture) and half unrest (gym).

I really wish I liked tea. :-o :-o Never heard of maatcha powder...I'll have to take a look!bluemoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17824559705320935052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5158112018214983762.post-10303090939554036082015-02-02T12:22:05.962-05:002015-02-02T12:22:05.962-05:00Whenever I feel like I'm starting to get sick ...Whenever I feel like I'm starting to get sick I make a giant crockpot of chicken soup with extra garlic. I generally just make sure to eat very healthy "clean" foods, lots of protein, and hot foods. Sometimes I do that apple cider vinegar tea, but its disgusting.

Maybe you could pick up some Kombucha to help with the antibiotic use? They have tons of probiotics. Lots of green tea, which would probably soothe your cough as well. I'm trying to fight off a fourth bout, as my tonsils are a bit swollen. Us bloggers must be working too hard!! ;-)

I've found rest is the best cure. Also recently, I drink lots of green tea with manuka honey, especially maatcha powder (I mix this with warm almond milk to make oatmeal or just warm milk to make a latte). The antioxidants help settle my stomach and immune system. I hope this helps you! Sending you lots of good vibes! ALYShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14205494862621186733noreply@blogger.com
