Now, since I started this I've been taking a set of pictures maybe every two weeks for my own purposes, and today I sat down to look at the differences. I swear, I need to print these out and hang this on my fridge as a reminder of how far I've come, and how much progress I really have made. Even if I'm not exactly where I want to be yet, I've worked hard for the body I have, and it is stronger and tighter and better.
Today is a day where I give myself a pat on the back for this, and where I self-indulgently share my success with you all, since you've been following along and supporting me as I've gone. :-)
